Utilities & Mail redirect

Disconnecting, Connecting & not losing any mail.....

Gas, Water, Electricity, Phone, Internet, PayTV and Insurance companies all need to be updated of your new address. There is an easy way to have that all done for you. Often free. Below are several providers:

Mail Redirect

You can organise to have your mail redirected to your new address via Australia post. Read how to organize that here. 1, 3, 6 and 12 month terms are available. It can all be done online -if you have your ID ready- via the “redirect now” button. 


When you have moved, all your forwarded mail from your old address will come with a yellow redirect sticker. Keep them in a pile and after a few weeks call or email every service or company to notify them of your new address.
